At PawHut Store, we want you and your furry companions to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, clean condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
